There is no doubt that the hottest accessory at fashion week was the shoulder and that is great news because guess what, everyone has one! Well...two.
We have a special kind of love for all things off the shoulder; hence our off the shoulder poncho top designs, so I was especially delighted to spot various designers showing shoulder love. There is such an effortless energy to off the shoulder garments, something whimsical and endearing. Not to mention the understated sex appeal of the collarbone and the gorgeous way the light reflects and outlines it.
Top designers from around the world are putting the shoulder first from Tadashi Shoji in Japan to Zimmermann in Australia to Galtiscopio in Paris and Hakan Akkaya in Istanbul, there is no denying the exposed shoulder is a continued trend on the New York fashion week runways!

Rich emerald tones with gold accents make this fall season color pallet a no brainer. Go green or go home you guys! Major brands opted for green this season, like Chloe who made bold statements with monochrome emerald looks and Versace with their exclusive limited edition Edera Palazzo Empire bag of which only 110 styles were made world wide. Prada also impressed me with these gorgeous green and gold heels and if you are looking for opened toe the Balmain green and gold wrapped heels are where it's at.
From must have accessories like this emerald alligator Oscar De La Renta Tro Bag to statement dresses like the Christian Siriano chiffon dress, you absolutely can't miss out on the emerald and gold trend for this fall 2017!
I hope these fashion week trends from the New York runway's inspire you as much as they have me. I'd love to know which looks you love most, leave me a comment below with your favorite's from this post!
Until next time...
